# User role with access to Data management and can Import/Export .collect-data files

Hi there,

Can a user role with following specification created?
-> can access data management tab
-> can import/export .collect-data file
-> cannot access/edit survey designer or anything else.

Currently only admin seems to have rights to import .collect-data file. Others can only export data at most.

Hi Sushil,  
Maybe the best thing will be to allow even users with role Data Cleansing or Data Analysis to import data, what do you think?

Problem solved.Now Data entry Level also can Import the data. Thank you very very much OFT.
