# Update fails after exiting browser session and shutting down Collect

Hi,

Windows 7 64 bit, Chrome (Version 65.0.3325.181).

Hi Andras,  
It can happen sometimes that windows complains that Collect is still running.  
Please wait for 5 minutes and try to update it again.
