# Pre-visualisation fails in Collect

Hi, the forms of my cep file are not pre-visualised in the most recent version of Collect (3.22.6). The cep file works well in Collect Earth but when I import it to Collect to modify the forms, the preview fails and if after making the forms modifications I export it as a Collect Earth file, doesn't work properly in Collect Earth. The forms window appears blank with a message: Loading... (I'm afraid the balloon.html file is not properly generated).

Thank you for pointing out the issue. We have just fixed it. 

Please update Collect again to its latest version (3.22.7).

if it works, thank you, it still happened to us, it stayed in charge when we visualized it in the Google Earth
