Asked by PMaltby on 2018-07-24

Twice installed on Macbook Pro, very quick process. Won't start - continues to display "install" screen, nothing happens.

Hello,

Are you speaking about Collect Earth or Google Earth?

Do you have more information?

I have just tested on a Mac Mini with High Sierra and the installation process for Collect Earth worked fine.
You should have at the end of the installation a folder under **Users/YOUR_USER/OpenForis/CollectEarth**

Do you have that in your computer?
