# HTTP ERROR 404 Problem accessing /collect/index. Reason:      Not Found Powered by Jetty:// 9.4.2.v20170220

Hi Open foris team,
My collect was working well. I just updated the latest version and opened **open foris collect**. It runs easily and can be seen login page. After inputting user name and password it shows the following error.
HTTP ERROR 404 Problem accessing /collect/index. Reason: Not Found Powered by Jetty:// 9.4.2.v20170220
What should I do? please suggest me. Thank you.

Thanks! Would you mind letting us know when that release happens? I'm still getting this error but haven't noticed a new version.

Hi Rajkumar,  
You should be able to update Collect to the version 3.24.2 now. 
The address http://127.0.0.1:8380/collect/index is not valid anymore, please try to use just http://127.0.0.1:8380/collect

Hi Open Foris Team, 

I am able to log in and can view the survey list, but when I click on a survey or try to edit it gives this error: 
HTTP ERROR 404
Problem accessing /collect/surveydesigner/survey_edit.zul. Reason:

    Not Found
Powered by Jetty:// 9.4.14.v20181114

I updated Collect to the 3.24.2 version yesterday.

Hi Open Foris Team, 

I've tried deleting that folder, uninstalling, reinstalling, updating. I'm still getting the same error. Any ideas?

The same problem - cannot edit surveys. Says 'Problem accessing /collect/zk/surveydesigner/survey_edit.zul. Reason:    Not Found'

Tried to update, delete collect folder 

Version: 3.24.4
