# Cleartext HTTP traffic to [ip-address] not permitted

Hello!
I have tried to connect my mobile application to Collect server, but got an error mentioned in title. Is there a way to enable https on Collect server? Or can you tweak mobile app to enable cleartext  traffic?

Same problem here, my device is running android 9.

I tried with an older device (android 5), no problem.
