# How to start OF Collect update

Dear OF Team  
I'm using OF Collect Version 3.26.0. I want to install the latest OF Collect version (3.26.1). When I check for updates, a warning message appears that the update is not available.  
How to install the latest update?

Dear Sabrina,  
When you have this problem you can download the update file:  
 - [Update file for Windows][1]  
 - [Update file for Linux][2]  
 - [Update file for MacOS][3]  

Copy the file into the folder `C:\OpenForis\Collect\autoupdate` (Windows) or `/home/OpenForis/Collect/autoupdate` (Linux) and launch it from that location, then follow the instructions on screen.  
After version 3.26.2 you should not have this problem again.
