# Earth Map - How to ask questions and get support?

Asked by Open Foris on 2020-08-27

Please, when asking an Earth Map ( www.earthmap.org ) question use the tag "EarthMap"
You should **use this forum if you have a generic question on the use of Earth Map**

If you want to contact us for **specific bug-reports** or requests for **new datasets** we prefer that you use this form : https://help.earthmap.org/contact-us

Earth Map has a special **Help Center page** with many resources here : https://help.earthmap.org/

Also, there are a few **video tutorials** here explaining the general usage of Earth Map : [YouTube channel][1]

And finally, the Earth Map **GEE code repository** can be accessed here : https://code.earthengine.google.com/?accept_repo=users/openforisinitiative/EarthMap
