# Updating Collect is not working

Hello,

I am trying to update Collect to its latest version but I get this when the updater tries to download the file:

How can I update to the latest version??

Hello,

The server for downloading the installation package was changed and some old Collect Updater versions do not contain the new server name. Please follow instructions given here:  [http://www.openforis.org/support/questions/2743/how-to-start-of-collect-update][1]
