# Export errors to excel

Good evening, I want to export the number of errors of each record of my survey according to the ID, how can I do it, I already have about 2000 records in my survey

Dear Zoraya,

assuming that you are asking about OF Collect, you can export a Validation Report and open it in Excel. Then use the Pivot Tool and filter by Severity, as follows:
