# Suggestion: Duplicate an attribute on Collect (Schema)

Hi

I would like to suggest the option to **Duplicate** an attribute on Collect Schema.
Currently, the options are Move and Remove.
A duplicated attribute could keep the same Code List, Label, Expressions and the a constant added to the end, such as `_1` for the first duplicate, `_2` for the next and so on.

It would help to speed up the process of creating long surveys where the same question appears different times with small changes.

Just an idea ...

it is a very good idea and we started already to work on this feature. It will be available with the future release of Collect, 3.8.9, by the end of this week.
