# Can WDPA layer be activated again?

Asked by amosig on 2025-03-05

Hi!
Is it possible to actiave the WDPA layer?
We understand this layer is not directly related to deforestation but it is helpful for us to know whether a producer is located at a Protected Area or not so we can continue our due diligence process on-site with relevant producers.
Thanks
