# problems importing data to arena from mobile

Hi, 

When we import data from the Arena mobile to Arena, we get the following error message:

Error exporting data. Details: {"595856645":{"error":{"valid":false,"errors":[{"key":appErrors.generic","params":{text":"AxiosError:Network Erro"}}]}}}

And if we do it through Arena with 'Importing Data', the error is the following: 

Item,Error 1,Unexpected error: Error: Bad archive

Is there a way to import the records one by one to see if any specific one has an error?
