# Unable to add new users to my Institution on Collect.earth online

Hello Collect.earth team,

I am an admin member of my Institution, but am not able to add any new users to the group for labeling. Is this an issue that is across Collect.earth due to an update, or something that might be institution specific? (As of 3/10/2026)

Hello,

You should still be able to add a new user to an Institution as an Admin, as long as you are using a valid email address. When you have a moment, would you please be able to share the Institution? If you do not wish to reply on a public forum, you may email support@collect.earth
