# Collect Earth Online Update and Planet Monthly Composites

Asked by FRS on 2026-10-08

It seems that sometime after the update of Collect Earth Online to the new interface that Planet Monthly Composites have stopped loading (the map remains white regardless of year/month selection). I've confirmed my access token/API key has not changed and the imagery still looks like its configured identically to when I set it up for my Institution and added it to projects. Any ideas on how to troubleshoot it?

Hello,

We have been looking into this issue and think it would be easiest to set up a quick call. When you have a moment, could you please email support@collect.earth with some times that work best for you?

Thank you!

Shanna

> I managed to resolve the issue on my end as I was using an expired API key that I had double checked but apparently just hadn't been updated/made visible via our organizational Planet account. I updated the image asset item in CEO and propagated it through our projects and it's now working as intended. Thank you so much, feel free to remove the meeting from your schedules but I do appreciate the quick support! (FRS)
> Great! I'm glad it's working for you now! I will cancel the meeting next week. Best, Shanna (shobbs)
