# Unable to verify or access my Whisp account

Hi,

I created a Whisp account but did not confirm my email address through the verification link before it expired.

I am therefore unable to access the account or reset my password. At the same time, I cannot create a new account because my email address is already registered.

Could you please help me activate the existing account or delete it, so I can register again?
