# How to design form using openforis?

Is it possible to design my own form in openforis ? If so how can I do so? I an designing bamboo Inventory form.

Dear Rajkumar,

The best way to go about designing a Collect survey is to download Collect ( from here : [Collect site][1] ) and then use the Collect Survey Designer to proceed with the design.

This is another video on how to design a Collect Earth survey (if you want to design a Collect/Collect Mobile survey the process is basically the same, except you don't need to use the Collect Earth template when you start the survey design process ) : [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j2ruGSzJg0Y][3]
