OF Collect exports data (in xlsx) that were removed (using OF collect)

Hello,

While cleansing the data using OF collect, I removed some records (some trees in a cluster). Then I exported the data into Excel sheets. These (normally removed) records can nevertheless still be found in the exported excel files. I did check that these records cannot be found in OF collect (data management tab). Any idea about how to solve this?

Dear user,
Can you please check that you are exporting the data in the right "Step".
If you have uploaded the data into Collect using Collect Mobile, the records will be in "Cleansing" step, but a copy of the records is created in "Entry" step. When you modify a record in cleansing step, the copy in entry step remains as it was when the record has been imported into Collect.
Probably you have modified the records in cleansing step but you are exporting data selecting "Entry" as step.
Please verify this and let us know.
