Regain survey manager role after unfortunately delete the survey manager role on Open Foris Arena.

Unfortunately i deleted the survey manager role in Open Foris Arena, while there are no other users available within the survey that can regain survey manager access. I don't want to create new Survey by requesting to OpenForis official request form, i just want to regain Survey Manager Role from the current established survey.
