Good morning, community.
The WHISP platform and app seem to be unavailable for analysis of geoJSON files since Friday. We keep experiencing an error message when trying to upload a polygon for analysis. Is this a known issue or has something changed?

Good morning, please send the geoJSON input file that's failing to radu.urdea@fao.org and we can investigate.

Thanks, Radu

Dear ldwason Please confirm which platform you are using (WHISP APi, WHISP QGIS plugin, WHISP in EarthMap?) and what error message you get. Thanks

We use https://whisp.openforis.org/submit-geometry, although Earthmap also does not accept the geoJSON. Error messages are: "Error processing file:cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'map') and "Error loading or converting shapefile: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'map')

Thanks, it's not one file, it's any geoJSON that numerous of us are trying. Everything working fine until Friday - will contact you via email. Thanks for the response!

Ok, send me more details please. GeoJSON analysis is working on whisp.openforis.org. All my input files and the example file that you can download from the homepage are processing with success.
