Your email address is never shown to other members; it is used to send you the notifications you ask for and to help you get back into your account. Questions, answers, comments and votes you post are public.
Other Services
We do not sell or rent your personal information. Avatars are loaded from Gravatar, which receives a hash of your email address; if you sign in with another service, that service tells us who you are. We share information otherwise only when the law requires it.
