When I tried to download the Collect tool, I received an error message saying 'The transferred file contained a virus and was therefore blocked.'. Can you please assist. Many thanks. |

Hi Kristina, our tools of course do not contain viruses...! This problem is due to the fact that the install package is not "commonly downloaded" and your antivirus or the "smart" scanner of Microsoft Explorer thinks that the software can be malicious... Please have a look to the answer to this question, probably you had the same problem. Thanks |
