Dear OFT Team,

After a long time, I am glad to be back here again. I must say, the new user interface is very impressive — kudos to the entire team! The improvements have made things much easier to use.

However, I have encountered a serious issue. I am unable to invite people to use a developed form. I also cannot assign user roles or share the form via email. Each time, I receive an error message stating that the form has an error, but no such error is visible.

To troubleshoot, I even checked another previously working form, but the same problem occurs there as well. This makes me believe the issue might be system-wide.

I wanted to bring this to your attention so it can be looked into. Thank you very much for your support.

Best regards, Raj kumar Rimal
