Dear OF Team,

general question: when I publish a survey (required for data import), a pop-up window warns that "only few changes will be allowed in the future". Now, I have published a survey, imported data and changed the survey again (e.g. re-import of sample point list, among others). Now, I am experiences problems in Calc. Could these be related to the editing of the survey after publishing?

What are "allowed changes" after publishing and which are not?

Thanks in advance for your help!

Alex

Dear Alex,
The allowed changes are: change attribute or entity labels, add or modify the validation rules (checks), modify the "relevant when" and "required when" expressions, modify the sampling point and species information (but consider that the data won't be updated automatically if you change for example the codes of your species list...), add new attributes/entities, delete attributes/entities (but consider that you will lose the associated data...).
If you are encountering problems with Calc, maybe you did some changes that we were considering as "allowed" but in practice it's not... what did you change exactly before publishing the survey again?
Let us know, thanks.
