using collect after PC reset

Hi team,

I had to reset my Windows 10 PC due to BSOD(blue screen of death) problem. I have freshly reinstalled Collect (ver 3.12.26). However, I do not see the tomcat window opening simultaneously with Collect as it used to before. Is this normal with the new version?

Also, I have lost the survey designs due to the fresh installation. Is there a way I can retrieve my survey from the collect mobile files or collect data files?

Hi Sandip,
Yes it's normal that you don't see the Tomcat window with the latest installer. Instead yiu will have a Control Panel appearing. I invite you to read the updated documentation in our website.
