Hi OFC, Thank you very much for new looking UI of collect and much more thanks for Mobile to server sync. we waited it for a long time and finally it got done. Now we can handle national level inventory work with detail level. The saiku analysis is excitedly improved. However I am drilling other feature thoroughly. I just noticed a user having entry level right can not log in the collect application. It just says loading..... I tried with different browser but it did not give any response. Thank you.

Hi Rajkumar,
What version of Collect are you using? Is it a standalone installation? Please share with us the entire collect.db file inside the folder c:\Users\YOURUSER\OpenForis\Collect\data.
We will contact you to your private email.
Many thanks,
Open Foris Team

I tried to solve the problem using usergroup feature. I could not understand much more about that feature. Please let us get well known about USERGROUP feature. Please suggest me in which email address to send the Data file? I am using latest version 3.20.1
