Able to delete another user's records by Data view right user.

Hi OFT,
If I am not wrong, there is a possibility to delete records collected by another user by View Role user. I think it must be a bug.There are some issues that I want suggest to you.
1. One who owns the data, Only the owner should delete the data (except Data cleanser, Data analysist or admin)
2. Generally when we collect data using mobile phone, we hope it will be submitted to collect server. so, when data Entry level user wants to export his/her data from collect desktop, after checking or maintaining manually (editing in collect desktop). In order to export own data it must be submitted. I think the entered data should not be deleted by entry level user.
3. When we want logout with one user and login with another user, we need more than 2 times attempt. please correct this problem if possible.

Hi Rajkumar,
Thanks for reporting this issue, we will release soon a version 3.20.9 of Collect with a fix.
We also applied your suggested change on the record delete, and fixed the problem with the logout.
Also, can you please explain a bit more what you mean in point number 2? Do you just want to avoid that the data in cleansing/analysis phase is deleted from entry users?

HI OFT, My concern with point no 2 is related with data security.In my contest, the inventory form is designed as per government rule of nepal. Our data collecting system is a kind of crowdsourcing. A user will do inventory works, submit data to server through mobile device. He will export the data and may think the data should not be kept in the server and may delete his own data. It should not be happened. The data is more worthy for the national use, global use. I hope you have already fixed this issue.I will dig more .... in coming future and let you know. Thank you very much.
