Hi, I need to add code for unknown species into OF Collect species list. I have created a new species list, then in Survey Designer -> Species list -> Import, there comes error that Columns: scientific_name; Type Invalid value, Error message: Error parsing scientific name from Unknown sp CSV data (with species and genus) looks like this: .. 3648,ZIZI,Ziziphus,Rhamnaceae, 3649,ZOLL,Zollingeria,Sapindaceae, 4000,UNKN,Unknown sp,, Import works fine without the last row. Solution needed, thanks. |

Hi Lauri, Collect uses already a couple of predefined codes for unknown (UNK) and unlisted (UNL) speacies, so you won't need to define these rows in your CSV file. The items will be automatically available in the species auto complete. I hope this fits your needs. Thanks |
