Dear all, just a hint for developers: I like to hide a bolean field when it's not relevant (field formatted as checkbox). The checkbox disappears, but the variable name in the headline of the table not (what leads to an unlikely shift of input fields, because there are more labels in the headline than fields in the table). It works if the field is formatted as textbox. If have not yet checked the behaviour in Collect mobile.

Dear Lutz,
Many thanks for your hint, there is definitely a bug in Collect and we will solve it with the next version of the software.
In the current version of Collect Mobile the not relevant attributes remain visible in the user interface but they will appear in light grey and not editable.
Next week we will release a new version of Collect Mobile with some improvements, on of this is the fact that not relevant information will disappear from the user interface.
Many thanks,

Thank you very much! Hiding the fields that are not relevant is a good idea! I know that there was dispute about this issue in the past. However, it might be that many fields are not relevant (e.g. for a dead tree or an inaccesible plot). Then it makes sense to really hide the fields instead of going through a long list of grey fields.
