Dear all, I am new with collect and collect earth. Today disappear in the Open Foris Collect the Survey Designer. I do not know what happened. Do you known what had happened? Thanks in advance |

Did you install Collect using a differnt user than the one you are using to log-on now? If you install Collect with the user A and then log-on the computer with user B you will not see the shortcuts to the application on the desktop or navigation bar (as these are particular to user A). This could be the cause of your problem. Check if Open Foris Collect is still installed using the file explorer. If you didn't change the path during the installation it should be located on : C:\OpenForis\Collect\OpenForisCollect-launcher.exe If it is there then you might want to create a shortcut on the desktop so you can find it the next time. Let us know it that worked! |
