Hello,

I use Sepal to produce stratified random samples for Collect Earth. With the new version of Collect, it seems that the output of Sepal is that compatible anymore (e.g., the naming of the columns, the order of the columns). Is there a chance Sepal output can be streamlined to perfectly match the csv needs in Collect? It would be great!

Cheers,

Florence

Dear Florence Good to hear from you I just checked with the recent versions of Collect and Collect Earth and didn't get any issue importing the CEP file generated in SEPAL SAED. Could you indicate where you get problems of compatibility ? Thanks Rémi

Hi Remi!

Thanks for being so responsive. You are right, the export works. However, when using the latest version of Collect, I cannot use the export from Sepal as the csv is not organized as needed to be uploaded in the latest version of Collect (see printscreen). It would be great if it was perfectly compatible... One has to make the changes manually...

Cheers,

Florence
