Problems installing Collect 3.24.36

Hello, I'm trying to install Collect 3.24.36 in a multiuser enviroment following these instructions: https://openforis.support/questions/1821/setup-collect-desktop-in-a-server-for-a-multi-user-environment My specs are: Ubuntu 18.04.3 LTS, Postgres and Tomcat9, it's a VMWare VM with 4GB RAM. I start with a clean database with right permissions. I can install older versions, they run ok with the provided instructions, but I'd like to get the newest one running
