Error message when uploading Dampling Point Data.

Hello community

I want to import samplingpointdata data.
When I upload the file (.csv), I get an error message: Error # 2038.
How can I solve the problem?

Dear Sabrina,
Sometimes it can happen that the sampling point data uploader gives this error; try to shutdown Collect and start it up again.
We are working on a new version of it that it won't require Adobe Flash Player that will solve this issue.

I have restarted Collect several times. Unfortunately it did not work. I also tried to import the OF sample file as .csv and .xlsx. That does not work either. What else can I try?
