Control Panel of version 3.26.7

Dear OF Team,

I have updated Collect via war-file as the updater couldn't download the update (checked on 2 different devices). The Control Panel is missing the usual tabs and no browser link is visible:

Otherwise everything works as expected apart from Collect indicating in the browser that I'm running an old version.

Have you noticed anything?

What operating system are you using?
By the way, the control panel needs to be completely refactored quite soon, so please be patient.
Meanwhile we will make it usable even in your system.

I'm using 64-bit Windows 10 Enterprise (version 1809)

It turned out that my screen's scaling was set to 125% (in Windows 10: Settings > Display > Scale and layout) which made the browser link and show log button "disappear". They are hidden in the bottom of the control panel window. Could this be resolved by making the window resizable?
