Problem exporting to csv/excel in collect desktop

Hi ,

I have a problem exporting data to csv/excel in collect desktop. While clicking on exporting, it is directing to be exported (http://localhost:8380/collect/api/survey/1/data/records/12/steps/2/content/xlsx/data.zip). However, the page keeps on loading and does not download the file. I had the problem while using the previous version, so i upgraded to the Version: 4.0.50, but the problem still persist.

The problem could be related somehow to your survey.
Can you please try to check if you are able to export data in CSV format or if you can export the data from another survey?

Thank you for your help. I updated the microsoft office and could export the files perfectly well by the end of April 2022. Sorry for the delay in the update.
