Dear OF-team, We are currently testing a survey with a new smartphone (Galaxy S20). Turns out that all images are turned by 90 degrees (both on the phone and in the output file). When using the very same survey on a different phone, this error does not occur. Additionally, the S20 does not turn any pictures by default, i.e. when photos are taken and open in the phone's gallery. We are wondering so, whether this is an issue with OF running on Samsung phones. Do you have any suggestions how to correct this? Another thing we notices is that the images are up to 25MB in size, even though I specified a maximum size of 10MB in the collect survey. How can I reduce the file size effectively? Dear OF-team, thanks for implementing this very convenient feature, it works correctly! What I was initially referring to, though, was a possibility to rotate all images automatically that would be implemented in the collect survey itself. So more like a "rotate image" box to be ticked when the survey is designed. This is needed in our case because all images are strangely rotated by 90 degrees and thus to avoid correcting thousands of pictures after a mission. Would that be possible?
