How to update the data in Collect once we apply the quality controls in external tools and be able to generate an integrated XML?

Hello, I am having a problem updating the data in Collect Desktop once I applied the quality control using external tools, I want to generate an integrated XML later. In addition, we are presented with a problem with the update and the fields generated from "nodes". If we eliminate the "label" fields indicated as an error in the Collect Update process, we are subsequently presented with a problem with JAVA

What do you mean exactly when you talk about an integrated XML?
And when you talk about the Collect Update process, do you mean the data import from CSV/Excel files?
