Bulk add / import data for "Data Entry" permission users

I would like to use Open foris Collect and Calc for an international project.

Is it possible to add bulk data via data import if you arent administrator and your permissions are just Data Entry?

Also, data import allows just adding completely new data and overwriting data? you can not import new fields to existing database?

Hi,

if you have only Data Entry role you cannot import data, only administrators can do it. If you are importing from XML files, you can only import new data and overwrite existing one, but if you import data from CSV files, you can import only data related to some specific fields and insert new data or overwrite existing one.
