I installed and tested Arena Mobile with an exiting urvey: works really great! Only 2 questions so far: 1) The order/sequence of attributes in Desktop and Mobile are not the same: how I can hange order in Mobile; 2) Can I upload a record a 2nd time to update with some new data: can I overwrite or do I need the concerned record first in the (desktop)database? Thanks ahead.

Dear Joseph,
We are working on the data import module in Arena, and you are right, updating a record with newer data should be / will be possible.
We will let you know as soon as there will be new updates, many thanks,

As phasing is applied a in Collect, then I think in phase ENTER over-write with newer entry may/should be possible, during/after CLEANSING not anymore. The validator may demote to ENTER to make re-entry with revised records again possible if needed. If not such phasing, then over-write is not advisable - the record could then be deleted on the server database to make re-entry/update from Arena Mobile again possible.

Dear Joseph,

Thanks for your feedback, We are uploading a new version with some updates and fixes. Some of those improvements include the one that you mention at the first point.

About the second point, we are discussing what is the best strategy for this. Could you share what is your use case? Do you prefer to have the possibility to configure that ( the protection or ability to overwrite) by survey?

Thanks,
