Dear open foris Arena Teams, We are facing a problem when we start arena mobile. Sometimes it works fine and sometimes it hangs even in iphone 14 pro max. It just shows a green screen. Sometime open Foris arena welcome screen blinks for less than one second as a working screen and goes to the green screen automatically. In some devices like Samsung A73 model needs close and reopen. But this always do not work. I found these 4 mobiles not working among 14 mobiles devices. It does not matter whether the phone is iPhone or other like Samsung high quality phone. Does survey design affect this? My survey name is "inventory_v1". I wonder why this is happening. We were using the latest version of arena. This problem occurred 1 week before. |

Dear Rajkumar, could you ensure that you have a version greater that 1.0.26 on both platforms. The latest is the 1.0.27 The problem was shared on this message -> https://openforis.support/questions/3832/of-arena-mobile-not-opening#gsc.tab=0 It was related to the auto-discovery of a new version when the device is out of connection. now on the latest versions if there is not connection the system doesn't check for new versions.
