Hi, I am a new user of the Arena app. I have an active survey in this app and, last week, I added some records and sent/synchronized the records with the server. Today I tried to add a new record but when I go to the record list, the record list does not have records: "Go to records list (5)" --> "No records. You don't have any records yet. Create one to start using the app." I tried to add more records and nothing changed. I also restarted the mobile phone. I would like to remove/uninstall the survey and/or the Area application but I am worried about the records can be deleted. Are the records saved after the removal of the survey or the complete app? How can I fix this issue? Are the records stored in any local file? Thanks in advance, Daniel |
Hello Daniel, Record are stored on the phone Could you confirm that the cycle of the survey was the same as before? If you change the cycle, the records shouldn't be visible. |
Thanks for your reply Daniel, 1- Go to settings and tap on the version number 5-10 times; now you have access to internal information, go to the bottom and share a screenshot/record here. 2- check the cycle on the main screen/home where you see the "number of records." Also share the screenshot.
