Hi, I am a new user of the Arena app. I have an active survey in this app and, last week, I added some records and sent/synchronized the records with the server. Today I tried to add a new record but when I go to the record list, the record list does not have records: "Go to records list (5)" --> "No records. You don't have any records yet. Create one to start using the app." I tried to add more records and nothing changed. I also restarted the mobile phone. I would like to remove/uninstall the survey and/or the Area application but I am worried about the records can be deleted. Are the records saved after the removal of the survey or the complete app? Thanks for your reply Daniel, 1- Go to settings and tap on the version number 5-10 times; now you have access to internal information, go to the bottom and share a screenshot/record here. 2- check the cycle on the main screen/home where you see the "number of records." On the list in the first screenshot, try to find an entry named "records-summary.json" Please long-press ( tap for 3-5 seconds then remove the finger) And the menu to share should appear Share this file with us answered 24 Jun, 10:21 Ramiro (OF) Here is the link for this file:
