Demote a selected record - Open Foris Collect

Dear all,

i don't manage to demote a selected/individual record form the step analysis back to cleansing in Collect. When selecting the record and demoting via workflow -> demote records -> analysis-cleansing, all my records are demoted and not only the selectd one.

Does anyone knows how to demote a selected record?

If you need to promote or demote a single record, please open/edit the record and use the buttons Promote/Demote on the top right corner.

Hi! Thank you for your answer! I can use the buttons in the entry and cleansing step, but once a record is in the analysis, those buttons to promote/demote are not visible any more. I am using the latest version (4.0.92).
