Dear Open Foris Arena team, I am reporting an issue shared to me by colleagues who had troubles to upload data. In Arena Mobile, if you have no internet (or no good internet) and you try uploading data, it might just not provide any particular message (error or confirmation). Therefore, for some users, they get confuse and think the data has been uploaded (when it was not), or they think that the app is not working. They do not think to check their internet, or to check that they are logged in to their Arena account. It might also be that their Arena Mobile version is outdated and causes upload issues (in one case a user told me that he could upload the data after updating AM, but it is not clear to me that it was not simple one of the other issues). It would be really useful to have more detailed or explicit message when users are trying to upload data, while they are offline, or logged out, or have an outdated AM version. In Arena Mobile Experiment, this seems to not be a problem, but the colleagues of mine that are not IT-oriented have not tested it. Thank you very much for your help.
