Hi, I’m trying to access the WHISP API, but I’m getting an error: “Failed to load API key.”

I’ve tried refreshing and reloading the page, but the issue persists. Could you advise what might be causing this? Is there any setup or configuration required before accessing the API?

Thanks in advance!

Hello, I’ve been getting the same error since last Friday. It seems to be an issue on their side, so there’s nothing we can do on our end.

Same here as of Monday morning. Usually when this happens the devs are pretty good at getting on top of it so I anticipate it will be fixed today

Hi everyone,

The issue has been identified and fixed. A recent configuration update introduced a timing problem that prevented the API key from loading correctly for unauthenticated users. The fix has been deployed.

Please try again and let us know if you experience any further issues.

Apologies for the inconvenience.
