Sorry, can you give us some more details? Are you using the standalone installation of Collect? Are you exporting the survey selecting Collect Desktop as target or something different? Are you using the latest version of Collect? Thanks, Open Foris Team

There was a bug in Collect version 3.11.8 that was preventing to export the survey to Collect Earth format. Please update Collect to the latest version (3.11.9).
Many thanks,
Open Foris Team

Chiming in that this indeed solves the issue.

Also, just a request that updates be kept as small as possible for the job... took a full day of retries to get this update on one computer here in Myanmar. Think of downloading 80MB in the age of Napster as that's our level of connectivity.

Dear Adam,
When you have multiple installations of Collect and you need to update them all, you can download the updater executable file a single time from here, then you have to copy the collect-updater.exe file into the folder c:\opt\openforis\collect\autoupdate and run it from there.
Unfortunately we didn't update any incremental updater yet, but it's in our plan for the brand new Collect next year.
Thanks,
Open Foris Team
