Collect Data: Preview button is not working!

Hello,

I am really new to OPenforis tools. I successfuly installed OpenForis Collect and tried to play with the Survey Designer.

I download the survey from the website (http://openforis.org/newwebsite//fileadmin/user_upload/CollectEarth/demo_youtube_2016-01-22T18_53_21.collect).

The importing was successful, and i can see the attribute list. But when i clicked the "Preview" button, i could only see error message saying "The Collect Earth server is not running!", i could not see the forms. Basically i followed the instruction in the Youtube ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ml76no4XAdk). I am not sure what is going on.
