open the Map feature in a separate tab

Hi Jinkai,
If you want you can:
- open the Map tool
- copy the link that you see in the address bar
- paste the link in another tab/window
- continue to work with Collect in the previous tab
In the new version of Collect that will be released by the end of the year, the Map tool will be "detachable" and can be accessed in every section of Collect.
