User role with access to Data management and can Import/Export .collect-data files

Hi there,

Can a user role with following specification created? -> can access data management tab -> can import/export .collect-data file -> cannot access/edit survey designer or anything else.

Currently only admin seems to have rights to import .collect-data file. Others can only export data at most. screenshot https://ibb.co/d3BsmQ

Hi Sushil,
Maybe the best thing will be to allow even users with role Data Cleansing or Data Analysis to import data, what do you think?
