browser shutdown on exporting surveys from collect

0	my browser shuts down abruptly everytime i try exporting and downloading a survey from my collect plus if i try exporting and downloading data it gives #serverFailed message until i go to the incognito mode of the browser collect asked 19 Oct '17, 08:24 edwinbeka 21●1●4 accept rate: 0%

Dear Edwin,
What browser are you using? If it shuts down "abruptly" like you say cannot be related to Collect. Please try to clean the browser cache and to disable the unnecessary plugins running in the browser.
