how to open Collect in two browsers

hello I try to open Collect in two browsers together - in Fire Fox and in Google Chrome and I am using the same user for both browsers, but it does not open in Fire Fox - it only opens home page but does not show the content inside the tabs (e.g. Survey Designer)
